Happening NOW

Here are some ways you can be involved at Haddonfield United Methodist this week.

Beloved // January Sermon Series

At the start of his ministry, Jesus was baptized at the Jordan River, and God’s Spirit descended upon him, and a voice called out “This is my son, the beloved.” In his life and teachings, Jesus extended that identity to all tax collectors, lepers, and sinners: You are beloved. As the church, together, we claim that identity as the beloved community. Working together, we see everyone around us as our beloved neighbors.

This journey starts a new year, a new season, to be loved. Beloved.

Begins Sunday, January 5

Youth Group Fundraiser: Flocking

Watch out, Haddonfield UMC — flamingos are on the move! The Youth Group’s Flocking Fundraiser is in full swing, and a flock of bright pink flamingos could land on your lawn when you least expect it! Under the cover of night, these mischievous birds appear as a surprise tropical invasion—all in good fun and for a great cause. Want to share the fun with someone else? For a $30 donation, you can “flock” a friend, neighbor, or family member’s yard, and our youth team will make sure their lawn gets the full flamingo treatment. Prefer to keep your lawn flamingo-free? “Flock insurance” is available for $30 to guarantee the birds fly past your home. All proceeds benefit the Haddonfield UMC Youth Group’s mission trips, retreats, and service projects, helping students grow in faith, build friendships, and serve the community. Click the buttons below to sign someone up or purchase Flock Insurance. Thank you for supporting our youth!
