Welcome to the Student Mission Trip to Give Kids the World on August 9-13, 2023!

You can submit all forms either online or on paper.
For a paper submission, please save the form on your device and print it out after filling it out. Then drop them off in the church office.
All submitted forms should include your signature.
For online submission, please type your full name as an electronic signature with the same effect as a manual signature.

Please submit a group volunteering form directly to Give Kids the World by listing “HUMC Youth” as a group name.

Notarization is available at the church with our office administrator, Jaime Charlton. If you need notarization at church, please contact her at jcharlton@haddonfieldumc.org.
All volunteers are required to watch GKTW on-demand orientation video by June 30, 2023.
The cost of this mission trip to Give Kids the World in 2023 is $700 for students and $600 for chaperones, including airfare, accommodation, transportation, food, a group T-shirt, and a group hat. Thanks to the HUMC congregation for their generous support and make this trip more affordable.
Deposit and Payment
Make Your Payment Plan
After you make a $200 deposit, you can make monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly payments as you’re comfortable. The final cost per person will be announced as soon as it’s determined. Everyone should make a full payment BEFORE the trip.

Pay by Checks or Cash
For checks, please make payable to Haddonfield UMC and leave a memo on a check, “Student Mission for (participant’s name),” and mail a check to the church office (29 Warwick Rd, Haddonfield, NJ 08033).
For cash, please drop them off at the church office.
